Shoot Notes Report
The Shoot Notes report brings all your Shoot Notes from across your job into one place, making it easy to quickly identify participants with assigned special tasks.Great for situations where a participant asked to be contacted about a future headshot job, they have specific retouching requests, or are a VIP you need to pay extra special attention to.
How To Access The Shoot Notes Report
To view the Shoot Notes report:- Navigate to your job.
- Click the three vertical dots icon in the “Shoots” panel.
- Click “Reporting”.
- Click on the report titled "Shoot Notes".
How The Shoot Notes Report Works
The shoot notes report will look through all the shoots within your job and show you only participants who have Shoot Notes entered on their shoot.Click the column headers to sort the report differently and even use the download button to download a CSV file of the report.
Open the report to quickly see all participants who may have additional tasks assigned to them.
How To Use The Shoot Notes Report
The shoot notes report is generally for use after the job where you need to find any photographer designated special tasks to complete for participants. Simply open the report at the end of a job and review it for any participants listed.The shoot notes report is also helpful before the job if you've entered shoot notes prior to participants showing up. This allows you to review a potential list of special VIP participants.
Using The Shoot Notes Download
The Shoot Notes report download will contain the following columns:| Column | Description |

| First Name | The first name of the shoot participant. |
| Last Name | The last name of the shoot participant. |
| The email of the shoot participant. | |
| Shoot Notes | Any photographer entered shoot notes from the shoot edit page. |
