Participants Can't Book Slots Help
The Sign-Up Form Isn’t Showing Time Slots!
Did you set up Headshot Tools scheduling and time slots but when you try to have participants book slots, they’re not asked to pick a time? Super easy fix!The Headshot Tools Sign-Up Form and Booking Form are two different forms, URLs and QR codes. You just need to give your participants the Booking Form URL or QR code and you’ll be all set!
How To Find The Booking Form
To get the booking form URL or QR code:- Navigate to the job detail page for your job.
- Click the three vertical dots icon in the Job Panel.
- Click “Scheduling Console”.
- The Booking QR Code and URL found in the Booking panel will take your participants to the correct form that asks them to choose a time slot.
What’s the Difference Between The Normal Sign-Up Form And Booking Form?
While both forms add shoots/participants into the system, the key difference is that only the booking form allows time slot choices. Below you'll find how you can use each form and some ways you can use both at the same time! The Normal Sign-Up Form -
The normal sign-up form QR code and URL are located on the main job detail page in the “Shortcuts” panel. This sign-up form does not ask your participants for time slots. You typically utilize this sign-up form for situations where you want a line of participants to form. However, when you’re mainly running a job where all participants choose time slots with the Booking Form, the normal sign-up form is still available for use and perfect for on demand walk up participants.
For example, say you have some slow times on your job and a participant who missed booking a time slot shows up. If you have the ability to fit them in, you can have them sign up using the normal sign-up form from the Job Detail page and shoot them when you can. No need to create a new time slot just for them or worry about someone else booking it!
The Booking Sign-Up Form -
The booking sign-up form QR code and URL are located in the “Scheduling Console” where you configure and monitor time slots. This booking form will first tell your participants any customized booking information you’ve entered into your scheduling customizations. It will then allow them to pick a time slot for their session. You typically utilize this booking form for events where you don’t want a line of participants to form.

Even though both the Normal Sign-Up Form and Booking Form are two different forms, they share the same sign-up field customizations. Any field customization you make to your sign-up will show up on both the Normal Sign-Up and Booking Form data entry panels. For example, if you added a model release checkbox field, that field will display on both forms.
