How To Use The Job Inspector
The Job Inspector allows you to examine your entire job and all its shoots in a single view. No more clicking through participants one by one!
To access the Job Inspector:
- Navigate to the jobs list and click your job’s name.
- Click the three vertical dots icon in the “Job” panel.
- Click “ Inspect Job”.
Job Inspector Columns
In the Job Inspector panel, you will find a list of all the shoots within your job and helpful columns of information. You can click any column header to sort the list by that column's data. These columns include:| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| # | The order the participant was entered into the system. |
| Name | The participant's full name. An icon beside the participant's name indicates that this participant has opted out of receiving emails. |
| The participant's email address. | |
| Double-Clicked | If a participant was double-clicked, not double-clicked or hidden in the Dashboard. |
| Emailed | If a participant was emailed a link to their gallery. |
| Viewed Gallery | If a participant viewed their gallery. |
| Images | The number of image files uploaded to a participant's gallery. |
| Selections | The number of hearted selections a participant made. |
| Purchases | The number of distinct image purchases a participant made. |
| Retouched Images | The number of retouched image files uploaded to a participant's gallery. |
-The “Images” column is perfect for finding mistakes, such as accidentally skipping a participant or forgetting to export and upload photos for them.
-The double-clicked column can help you identify participants who signed up for a Headshot but left the line before being photographed.

Unmatched Files
This panel shows any files that were uploaded to this job where the filename doesn’t match any participants. It’s useful for diagnosing file naming issues. These files are simply taking up storage space and may cause some interfaces to load slower. We recommend deleting them by clicking the “Delete” button in the top right corner.Common Questions
