How To Customize Your Gallery
To customize your gallery:
- Navigate to the jobs list and click your job’s name.
- Click the three vertical dots icon in the “Job” panel.
- Click “ Customize Individual Gallery”.
This interface allows you to optionally set three types of data for display on all individual galleries for this job.
- Banner Message – This field allows you to optionally display text at the top of the individual gallery, below the logo image. You can use this field for general information about the job or any other message you want to communicate to the participant. This field can hold up to 1,000 characters. This field also allows for special tokens.

We urge you to keep this text as short as possible or not use it at all for the best user experience. - Website 1 & 2 – By filling in the “Website Link Label” fields and the accompanying “Website URL” fields, you can display a hyperlinked website link on the individual gallery. This is commonly for your business website.
NOTE: In order to display a website on the gallery, both Label and URL fields must be provided, and the URL must begin with https:// or http:// - Email – Similar to the website inputs, these fields allow you to include a hyperlinked email address directly within the individual gallery. It is highly recommended that you fill in this field so your participants can contact you if they have questions.
NOTE: In order to display an email on the gallery, both fields must be provided. You do not need to supply a “mailto:” within the email field. Headshot Tools will automatically do this for you.
